What is Each One Reach One?

Each One Reach One is an initiative of Ray Hampton Outreach, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization founded in 1991, Making a difference, one person at a time, for more than 34 years. Recognizing the critical need to address hunger, homelessness, and provide essential items for adults and children, we have continually expanded our outreach efforts to meet the challenges. “The following are the achievements we have accomplished to date":

Toys for Children: Bringing joy to children throughout the year by providing 109,369 brand-new toys and 5,814 families adopted for Christmas.

Backpacks and School Supplies: 19,156 backpacks filled with essential school supplies to children, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.

Shoes for Children: 11,748 pairs of brand-new shoes to children providing comfort and confidence.

Give Back Packs for Foster Children: Many of these children face challenges such as instability, emotional trauma, and a lack of basic resources. Providing essentials through initiatives like Give Back Packs can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Socks for the Homeless: 18,528 new pairs of socks for the homeless providing warmth and care. Each shirt sold will provide a “sock care package “with the following: two pairs of socks, foot wipes, and travel-size foot powder or lotion for a homeless person experiencing foot issues. “You wear it. They feel it”.

Blankets for the Homeless: 4,080 blankets for the homeless providing warmth and security.

Backpacks for the Homeless: 4,632 backpacks filled with hats, gloves, socks, and fleece blankets, each one a symbol of warmth, hope, and care for the homeless.

Snack Packs for the Hungry and Homeless: 345,486 meals for the hungry and homeless, 81,810 snack packs for the homeless and 18,720 families received thanksgiving meals.

Hygiene Packs for the Homeless: 205,200 hygiene packs for the homeless for good health and dignity.

Adopt-A-Blocks: Supporting community clean-up and improvement projects.

Housing for the Homeless: 1,972 nights of shelter for Individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Clothing: A total of 125,160 items of clothing have been provided for the homeless and other individuals. in need.

Bicycles for Children: 2,040 bicycles—rolling into spring and summer with joy, adventure, and unforgettable memories for children!

Gasoline for Automobiles: Distributed 852 transportation gift cards to support individuals facing financial challenges, empowering them to commute to work and improve their stability.
